September 2015 Special At MCVH

Keep your pets parasite free!  During the month of September, all intestinal parsite screens (fecal exams) are 15% off.  An intestinal parasite screen is recommended every year on all pets, including dogs, cats, horses, goats, sheep, and pocket pets.  If you would like to have a fecal exam done on your pet,
simply bring in a tablespoon size amount of fresh feces in a plastic bag.  The exam takes only twenty minutes and a deworming product will be recommended if needed.  Signs of a parasite problem may include scooting rear end, licking/biting at rear end, weight loss, pot belly appearance, and swollen jaw area.  Please call the hospital, (615) 666-8063, with any questions or concerns regarding your pet and parasites.
